We built a comprehensive customer service system that connects residents with MetroNashville. The one-stop shop, currently accessible by phone and online, helps address concerns ranging from potholes to code violations. ​hubNashville 311 handles non-emergency engagement center and call ​center operations. The solution improved interactions and transformed service delivery to city and county residents. With an integrated platform that included:

  • Scheduling & Correspondence App to answer requests from the Public ​
  • Central Hub for all concerns to be tracked and recorded for all constituents and visitors​
  • Improved reporting and data analysis capabilities​
  • Ability to generate formal letters ​
  • Improved usability and visibility among user groups with Utilize Survey Tool to gain feedback from Constituents​
