The native systems that managed Medicaid programs (WES & CHIP) in WY required upgrades and support to improve their operations.
We were able to integrate the enrollment & application process into Salesforce, which provided:
- Replacement of an antiquated call log system
- Fast appending, processing, and analyzing of data for the call-centers
- Integration of the ticket management directly to a 3rd party
- Improved reporting and data analysis capabilities
- Provided ability for future enhancement such as near real-time integration with WES
